Coconut Shrimp!!!!
Wahoo! I just made my trial run of coconut shrimp...it is verrrrry yummy and was so fun to make! BUT Brandon and I aren't going to be able to eat it all, I don't think. Thank you Jeni and sister-in-law, I can't wait to make it again on Saturday. If anyone is reading this before 4:00 on thursday, come get a free sample! :)

free samples? I love shrimp!!!!! Chris and I just went to Red monday you can never have to much shrimp....
