Funny cuz I miss YOU blogging. Why am I not surprised you're a canner? And a fruit leather maker? We don't need the 3D glasses back. I also don't know if it was worse with or without them, lol. Show was much better with the lights off though, but you're right, sleep deprivation had to be a serious factor. I still love the braids!
Wow, you have been a busy woman. How long do those braids last? They look so cute with them. I don't envy the canning but I used to love it when mom and dad made the fruit leather. Thanks for the names. They are fun to read. I can't believe Grandma Mitchell's hasn't been used either. I didn't even think of it with Riley. Good one!
Cutest post! That fruit leather is making my mouth water & making me feel super nostalgic. That's the only treat my grandma had at her home when we were young...home made fruit leather...all wrapped up like that in Saran Wrap. You've been busy girl...not to mention ALL the other fun country fair days activities of the week!
How Fun! I want to make fruit leather we use to do that as kids. remind me how! hee hee K can madie be next in line for the hair? She wont stop talkinging about it. The girls look so cute. Oh and the beans I bet your as sick of them as I was the pea's at least you got some all that picking and poding and I have nothing to show for it....
Tiff, I would love to do madie's hair! It would look adorable on her! Do you want me to do it now, with only 2 weeks til school starts, or after school starts? It only takes 4 hours, nothing a couple of good movies won't get her through! Let me know if you're serious, because I order the hair online now and it takes a few days to get it here. And call me about the leather, it is so super easy that it's actually become Abby's job around here. Come pick some apricots...
You have been busy. I missed you the rest of the week! Of course Elise had no shoes on, she wouldn't even bring any to the contest. She wore flip flops to do the dance! The rodeo was great - I still can't believe you let Abby on those broncing cows!! I am excitedly making apricot jam today! Yeah!! I have been drying like crazy - so yummy!!!
That hair is so COOL! I love it! Only 4 hours. WOW! I guess I need to learn to can stuff. I have so many beans that I keep giving them away. I love looking in your life and seeing what you are doing.
Way impressed with the fruit leather and even more with the hair. You are such a fun mom. I love seeing how much you do with your kids that is teaching them to love hikes and gardens and family. You are awesome!
Becky, Everytime I do Brinley's hair in braids, I think of you. You are the braiding queen. Are you still in Act. Days? Funny thing, can you guess my new calling here? You guessed it, Activity Days!
